Following discussion with Amersham town council the James Phillips Foundation is working with the Artist/blacksmith Nicholas Packham to design a ‘life-size’ sculpture of 5 Red Kite birds to be installed on one of the main approach roundabouts to Amersham town centre and be a long term memorial to James which enhances public space which was the subject most dear to his heart.
